摘要: Otoliths of cultured sea bass and ambient waters were sampled from 24 fish cages ponds in Malaysia to investigate the contents Sr, Mg, Ba, Cd Zn. The following elements content otolith water analysed with Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) and/or Atomic Absorption (AAS) determine anthropogenic impacts based on grouping characterisation sampling locations. Three groups i.e. A, B C characterised according least, intermediate high impact elemental content. Enrichment Factor (EF) Metal Pollution Index (MPI) calculated pollution source level. Ba was found positively related salinity variation water. Elevated Zn group A suggesting that oil leaking tourist boating activities effects exceed urbanisation industrialisation impact. EFznsupport enrichment which recommended MPI showed > support tourism affect level indicate functioned as indicator. Highest EFcdsuggested incorporation onto despite low sequence are Sr Mg respectively.
