摘要: Using prospective data, we examined the relationship between occupational stress and risk for alcohol disorders. Consistent with Demand/Control model psychosocial work environments, hypothesized that individuals working in high-strain occupations (jobs high demands low control) would be at increased abuse-dependence relative to those low-strain control). We classified strain into two categories: (1) jobs psychological control, (2) physical control.
