摘要: It was recently found that a crystalline to amorphous (C-A) transition could be induced by in-situ electron irradiation in high voltage microscope such intermetallic compounds as Fe3B and NiTi. These findings are of considerable importance production cascades is proved not necessary condition for the C-A crystals particle irradiation. A question arises whether or similar can produced other compounds, because studies damage have so far failed reveal transition. In this paper, series with different physical properties were prepared irradiated 2 MeV electrons relative ease formation has been compared.
