摘要: Flor yeasts of Saccharomyces cerevisiae have been extensively studied for biofilm formation, however the lack specific haploid model strains has limited application genetic approaches such as gene knockout, allelic replacement and Quantitative Trait Locus mapping deciphering molecular basis velum formation under biological ageing. The aim this work was to construct a set flor isogenic easy manipulate genetically. analysis variations at 12 minisatellite loci 174 allowed identifying three parental with different phylogenic positions. These were characterized sporulation efficiency, growth on galactose, adherence polystyrene, agar invasion, wine ability develop biofilm. Interestingly, inability grow galactose found associated frameshift in GAL4 that seems peculiar strains. From these wild strains, constructed by deleting HO loxP-KanMX-loxP cassette followed removal kanamycin cassette. Haploid obtained their phenotypic properties compared Preliminary results showed represent new tools studies breeding programs formation.
