摘要: Abstract The numbers of cells and chloroplasts, the amounts DNA, RNA chlorophyll in emerged spinach leaves different age, have been measured. In addition ribosomal—RNAs fractionated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Cell size, number chloroplasts quantities chlorophyll, DNA per cell all increased with age. Despite a 3-fold increase cytoplasmic ribosomal—RNA, 15-fold chloroplast cell, ribosomal—RNA remained unchanged as expanded.
