摘要: The effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on cardiomyocyte apotosis after ischemia (30 min) and reperfusion (6 h) in rats was observed. ischemia/reperfusion heart model established by ligating left anterior descending branch coronary artery Wistar rats. apoptotic cardiomyocytes were examined under transmission electron microscopy counted byin situ nick end labeling (TUNEL) method light microscopy. Results showed that (1) found ischemic regions the group, but not sham-operating group microscopy; (2) number cells 134.45±45.61/field 0/field 51.65±13.71/field Rb1-treated group. differences significant among three groups (P<0.01). It concluded myocardial ischemia-reperfusion could induce apoptosis, significantly inhibit apoptosis induced rats, indicating ischemia-reperfusion, thus alleviating injury.
