摘要: This study compared the efficacy of intravenous (IV) fentanyl and ketamine with lumbosacral epidural lidocaine in dogs undergoing ovariohysterectomy. Dogs esophageal Doppler monitoring (n = 112) were included this retrospective study. All premedicated dexmedetomidine methadone, induced IV propofol or alfaxalone maintained using isoflurane fentanyl, ketamine, lidocaine. Heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), expired fraction (ETIso), stroke distance (SD), minute (MD), peak velocity (PV) acceleration (MA) recorded before after ligation ovarian pedicle (OvP). There no differences for ETIso, HR, MAP among control groups. Minute Distance, SD, MA PV significantly decreased OvP groups, but remained stable group. Lumbosacral prevented hemodynamic depression changes caused by ligation, whereas failed to do so.
