摘要: The local ferroelectric domain structure of interconnected PVDF nano-dots with applied DC voltages ± 10 V to ± 100 V is evaluated using various Piezo force microscopy (PFM) methods such as conventional PFM and Dynamic contact electrostatic (DC-EFM). self-assembled are fabricated by a spin coater method 2 wt% PVDF-DMSO solution. polar gamma phase found to be induced the microstructural confinement monomers also reveals strong nature after poling at different bias voltages. Poling altered directions renders 180° reversal domains. study depicts that each nano-dot functioning single switches whole. switching signifies potential for organic memory devices.
