摘要: Polyphosphate accumulating organisms were isolated from water and sludge samples of intensive catfish ponds in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. The Results estimation intracellular polyphosphate concentration conducted on each monocultures indicated that content varied 2 mg/l to 148.1 after 6 days incubation medium. Of 191 isolates, twenty-one have uptake store phosphate 19.6 mg/l. They shaped like a rods short or cocci, few them slightly curved straight rods. majority are gram-positive (76.2%) remains gram-negative. partial 16S rRNA genes these isolates sequenced compared with bacterial Genbank using BlastN Program. Phylogenetic tree was constructed basic gene sequences demonstrating population high bacteria obtained affiliated four major lineages. Twenty-one included classes: Bacilli, Actinobacteria, Beta-proteobacteria, Gamma-proteobacteria. strains showed excess accumulation. Strains related Bacillus sp. dominant group constituted up 52.4% all identified but Burkholderia vietnamiensis TVT003L within class Acinetobacter radioresistens TGT013L Gamma-proteobacteria Arthrobacter protophomiae VLT002L Actinobacteria. Methyl blue Loeffler’s staning electron microscopy examination confirmed had stored granules intracellularly.
