摘要: Abstract This study focuses on the internal stress in nickel deposit during electroplating through additive-free Watts bath electrolyte mixed with and without supercritical carbon dioxide (Sc-CO 2 ). The results showed that Ni films plated Sc-CO had brighter, smoother surface higher hardness than conventional . However, there existed more nano-sized pinholes via TEM AFM measurements specimens. It was found occluded into coating pinholes/voids influenced of deposit. On other hand, periodic plating characteristics led to relative peak magnitude {111} over {200} crystalline orientation revealed X-ray diffraction patterns. As a result, film method significantly one. Moreover, CO volume fraction used resulted even film.
