摘要: The present study was designed to assess the effects of protein-bound polysaccharide PSK on immunological status patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Twenty-nine gastric and 18 colorectal cancer were randomly assigned either control or group. Patients in group given 3.0 g orally before surgery, daily every other day. received no PSK. data peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) compared after administration PSK, those regional node (RNL) between results indicate that significantly influenced by duration administration, but not frequency administration. In belonging short term (administration <14 days), response PBL Con A become stronger whereas cytotoxicity against K562 KATO-3, proportion CD16+ cells increased long (≧14 days). addition, CD9 + 11b suppressor T decreased RNL group, CD4 Leu8 - helper
