摘要: This review summarizes existing research on the gut microbiome composition and function in psoriasis psoriatic arthritis, exploring potential roles disease pathogenesis, progression, management. A strong relationship between skin, joint, gastrointestinal inflammation exists, as demonstrated by an increased prevalence of psoriasis, inflammatory bowel co-occurring together; however, link them has not been fully elucidated. Studies analyzing arthritis reveal a unique pattern dysbiosis. With regard to microbiome's role we discuss several theories including intestinal permeability, altered immune homeostasis, imbalance short- medium-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria. We also how affects patient risk other serious comorbidities, fecal microbes could be used clinically therapeutic targets or markers disease.
