摘要: Acquired bone marrow failure syndromes encompass a unique set of disorders characterized by reduction in the effective production mature cells (BM). In majority cases, these are result immune-mediated destruction hematopoietic stem or their progenitors at various stages differentiation. Microbial infection has also been associated with cell injury and may lead to transient persistent BM failure, recent evidence highlighted potential impact commensal microbes metabolites on hematopoiesis. We summarize interactions between microorganisms host immune system emphasize how they development acquired failure.
