摘要: The sulfur K x-ray emission was studied in pure sulfur, anhydrite (CaSO4) and sphalerite (ZnS) samples. ionizations were induced by electron impact the spectra recorded with a wavelength dispersive spectrometer. spectral processing performed through methodology based on optimization of atomic experimental parameters. Energies intensities diagram satellite lines determined for set transitions Kα Kβ groups. include Kα22, Kα2, Kα1, � , Kα3, Kα4, Kα5, Kα6, Kβ1,3, Kβ-RAE, III IV Kβx, �� . main differences between three oxidation states analysed, considering influence ligand atoms. results compared data published other authors origin certain discussed basis available literature.
