摘要: Groundwater management policies will need to be revised in many Mediterranean countries, light of the impact climate change and increasing demand for water. In this paper, we analyze stakeholder perceptions three groundwater policy scenarios which respectively assume a strengthening state intervention, introduction market regulation mechanisms, transfer responsibility farmers.
