摘要: The global manager should consider engineering first before marketing because optimal efficiency creates more values than customized efficiency. Although the debate over standardization continues in area of strategic management, firms need to conduct this new type strategy. Foreign consumers actually prefer products locally many industries such as automobiles, electronics, food, and others which applications are important. Therefore, most important task firm is change local through enhanced engineering.
