摘要: A process for making a fruit or vegetable extract including diffusing, screening, and pressing the pomace, spinning, filtering concentrating juice from pomace to form an extract. Also, may be hydrated at various points during this by water reclaimed condenser condensate. Also included is made using present inventive methods.
