There have been many reports on mutiple since Billroth reported it for the first time 1879. Patients who diagnosed with higher risk developing another cancer, thereby physician and patients should raise awareness toward new metachronous synchronous cancer. We report three histologically distinct cancers. Resected colon adenocarcinoma 3 years after came hematemesis to squamous cell carcinoma oesophagus gastric adenocarcinoma.
