摘要: Abstract Bovine serum albumin (BSA), a model protein drug, was encapsulated with microparticle based on the blend of poly( d , l -lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) and -lactide)-g-oligo(ethylene glycol) (PLLA-g-oligoEG). Effects PLLA-g-oligoEG in degradation, characteristic properties, release behavior were studied. Drug loading efficiency increased increase graft frequency oligoEG copolymer blend. The BSA found to be more efficient for microparticles than PLGA, which is due faster diffusion through swollen phase hydrogel-like structure. showed slower degradation lower pH shift compared that PLGA.
