摘要: The pharmacokinetic profiles of cimetropium bromide, after either intravenous injection 10 mg or oral ingestion 200 mg, were determined in eight healthy volunteers. After administration, the plasma levels and urinary excretion indicated that drug is distributed eliminated at a rapid rate (terminal half-life, 50 ± 8 min) not exclusive route elimination (46 2%) administered dose). low percentage absorbed (1–4% dose), however, amount sufficient for therapeutic effect. absorption discontinuous, with two distinct phases, ends abruptly during second phase.
