摘要: AbstractOnline discussion forums, which are full of user-generated content including user opinions and comments, a potential gold mine for exploring new useful ideas to augment competence in innovation. Companies need systematically analyze interpret online commentaries enhance in-house research design activities. To this end, framework is proposed using science approach enable automatic analysis the comments connection with specific products, web lexicon established purpose.
