摘要: Many researchers have demonstrated the ways in which well-designed graphical interfaces allow users to acquire conceptual models of and application programs behind these interfaces. It is also clear that users’ are initially flawed incomplete, problems with systems revolve around misconceptions alternate conceptualizations models. Our work indicates may be especially sensitive misconceptions, advisory for kinds must anticipate resolve such problems. In particular, they able understand alternative system, need diagnose remediate misconceptions. We will describe our on direct manipulation intelligent systems, focusing people encounter when using advisor's design being driven by properties
