摘要: UNLABELLED This work explores the potential for development of orange peel based ethanol bioprocesses through isolation thermotolerant Pichia kudriavzevii KVMP10. A model solution hydrolysed Valencia was employed to determine ethanologenic yeast, which maximized at 42°C producing 54 g l(-1) ethanol. The effect oil on bioethanol formation investigated 30 and confirming that minimum inhibitory content 0·01% (v/v). KVMP10 demonstrated significant technological advantages production sustainable bioenergy, such as utilization both hexoses (glucose, sucrose, fructose galactose) pentoses (xylose) high temperatures, exemplifying its great application in biorefineries production. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY Citrus waste is one most underutilized geographically diverse residues planet. In attempt develop a citrus biorefinery we report here yeast exhibited favourable characteristics specific food waste. highly utilized production, achieved elevated rates, highlighting processes from peel.
