摘要: Aims:  To compare survival of Escherichia coli and faecal coliforms (FC) in bovine faeces deposited a pasture or incubated controlled laboratory environment at temperatures within the same range. Methods Results:  Faecal samples from three cow herds were as shaded nonshaded cowpats field for one month 21·1, 26·7 32·2°C. Both FC E. concentrations increased much 1·5 orders magnitude both during 1st week subsequently decreased. In cowpats, die-off was significantly slower, proportion larger compared with cowpats. The faster than similar temperatures. Conclusions:  rates substantially lower conditions range temperatures. Significance Impact Study:  This study underscores importance data on manure-borne coli, indicates that have to be corrected used condition simulations.
