摘要: Abstract Background & Aims: Although fat malabsorption in the short-bowel syndrome is caused part by decreased bile acid secretion, replacement therapy not used because of belief that ingested acids would worsen diarrhea, outweighing benefits improved absorption. This study compared effect a natural conjugated mixture from ox with cholylsarcosine, synthetic acid, on absorption and diarrhea patient syndrome.
