摘要: Sleep is involved in the regulation of major organ functions human body, and disruption sleep potentially can elicit dysfunction. Obstructive apnea (OSA) most prevalent disorder breathing adults children, its manifestations reflect interactions between intermittent hypoxia, hypercapnia, increased intra-thoracic pressure swings, fragmentation, as elicited by episodic changes upper airway resistance during sleep. The sympathetic nervous system an important modulator cardiovascular, immune, endocrine metabolic systems, alterations autonomic activity may lead to imbalance Here we review how OSA constitutive components perturbation general, altered catecholamines, both which then playing role some mechanisms underlying OSA-induced morbidities.
