摘要: The rapid advancement of smartphone-based technologies in South Korea has introduced new opportunities to administrators responsible for stream water quality monitoring programs. sensing functionalities a smartphone can be used as handheld and reporting system using the people-centric approach. Unordinary events occuring captured reported by public their devices. instant contextual feedback capability form geolocation, time, user's description image data will very useful public, authorities research communities area management. This paper proposes conceptual design inform ad-hoc unordinary event occurring stream.
