摘要: Abstract The increasing complexity of gathering and using all kinds environmental information, as well the decreased funding for these activities, have led to examples where local communities community groups are taking lead or cooperating with government agencies gather such information. Some issues that emerged from activities are: validity, accuracy, precision measurements made by groups; ownership, legal status, copyright status information; mechanisms formatting, storage, backup, dissemination use this information in other applications. For past 8 years, we been designing operating different types networks monitoring programs groups, high schools, volunteer professionals personnel. We incorporated systems Intranets public sites available over Internet. tested many methods data acquisition, manipulation, delivery. measured statistical variations found between school students’ professionals’ activities. At same time, one us (C.I. Mayfield) has involved design developing countries around world. In article, present some our results general conclusions body work.
