摘要: When anuria or severe oliguria occasionally complicates the immediate puerperium, a serious clinical problem is presented. Eclampsia and chronic hypertensive type of toxemia in themselves may give rise to post partum, often because transient hypotension. Other conditions, etiology which vague, such as bilateral cortical necrosis kidney, also cause grave concern suppression urine partum. We report case that resembles necrosis, recently encountered, recovery took place. REPORT OF CASE A primipara aged 29, admitted Mayo Clinic Dec. 7, 1938, complained having had slight edema face one week before term. Elevation blood pressure, albuminuria other evidence pregnancy was not present. December 3 patient's physician induced labor with 15 grains (1 Gm.) quinine 1 ounce (30 cc.) castor oil. normal
