摘要: Astrocyte-enriched cultures prepared from the newborn rat cortex incorporated [3H]myo-inositol into intracellular free inositol and lipid pools. Noradrenaline carbachol stimulated turnover of these pools resulting in an increased accumulation [3H]inositol phosphates. The effects noradrenaline were dose-dependent blocked by specific alpha 1-adrenergic muscarinic cholinergic receptor antagonists, respectively. increase phosphate caused antagonists was virtually unchanged when incubated Ca2+-free medium, but abolished EGTA also present medium. Cultures meningeal fibroblasts, major cell type contaminating astrocyte cultures, accumulated [3H]myo-inositol, no phosphates found response to either or carbachol.
