摘要: The aim of this review was to evaluate the clinical significance serum tumor markers, particularly CEA, CA19-9, and CA72-4, in patients with gastric cancer. A systematic literature search performed using PubMed/MEDLINE keywords “gastric cancer” “tumor marker,” select 4,925 relevant reports published before end November 2012. total 187 publications contained data for CEA 19 related all three markers. positive rates were 21.1 % 27.8 % 30.0 % CA72-4. These markers significantly associated stage patient survival. Serum are not useful early cancer, but they detecting recurrence distant metastasis, predicting survival, monitoring after surgery. Tumor marker may be surgery because conversion usually occurs 2–3 months imaging abnormalities. Among other alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is liver metastases. Moreover, CA125 sialyl Tn antigens (STN) peritoneal Although no prospective trial has yet been completed these survey suggests that combinations CA72-4 most effective ways staging or chemotherapy. In particular, elevated chemotherapy could detection evaluation response.
