摘要: Gastric cancer remains the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in world. Successful early gastric detection is hampered by lack highly sensitive and specific biomarkers. Plasma membrane proteins participate and/or have a central role metastatic process cells are potentially useful for therapy due to easy accessibility targets. In present research, TMT method followed mass spectrometry analysis was used compare relative expression levels plasma between noncancer tissues. Of total data set that included 501 identified proteins, about 35% were found be associated proteins. Among them, 82 at least 1.5-fold up- or down-regulated compared with adherent normal A number markers (e.g. annexin A6, caveolin 1, epidermal growth factor receptor, integrin beta 4) previously reported as biomarkers GC. Additionally, several potential participated endocytosis pathway signaling pathways firstly differentially expressed GC samples. Our findings also supported notion flotillin 1 biomarker could exploited molecular imaging-based cancer. Together, results show subcellular proteomics tumor tissue feasible promising avenue exploring oncogenesis.
