摘要: Moves towards a more flexible labor market have focused research attention on the health effects of downsizing, temporary employment, and job insecurity. Most published documents adverse health, although null findings direct associations been observed. There is evidence that major downsizing associated with poor mental medically certified sickness absence, physical including cardiovascular disease mortality, among survivors downsizing. Recent suggests repeated exposure to personnel expansion also predicts absence hospitalization. strong insecurity adversely affects psychological increases in self-reported workplace injuries accidents, service use. However, link premature death remains limited. While workers are initially selected for good they generally poorer increased long term.
