摘要: Background: Natural products have continually played an important role in drug discovery because it serves as active principles drugs well templates for synthesis of new drugs. Cayratia trifolia (L.) is a medicinal plant, which has been reported to antiviral, antibacterial, antiprotozoal, hypoglycemic, anticancer and diuretic activities. Objective: Therefore, the objective this study isolate identify natural compound from ethanolic extract predict Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism Excretion (ADME) properties isolated compound. Materials Methods: Column chromatography thin layer were used Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was functional groups present The structural characterization studies functionally carried out using 1 H, 13 C, two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) mass spectrometry methods. Results: FTIR showed that, OH, C-H, C = may be NMR data suggests that probably like linoleic acid. In silico ADME properties, prediction under acceptable range. Conclusion: Based on results, can concluded acid exhibited good properties.
