摘要: The paper presents the results of a comprehensive experimental program aiming at providing fundamental understanding behavior reinforced concrete (RC) columns under simulated seismic loading, strengthened in flexure, crucial importance capacity design, with different types and configurations near-surface mounted (NSM) reinforcing materials. role various parameters, such as carbon or glass fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP) versus stainless steel, configuration amount NSM reinforcement, confinement via local jacketing type bonding agent, is examined, by comparison lateral load displacement response characteristics. demonstrate that FRP steel reinforcement viable solution towards enhancing flexural resistance RC subjected to loads, especially when retrofitting scheme combines epoxy-bonded bars confining jackets, provided this study textile-reinforced mortars (TRM).
