Immobilization of acetylcholinesterase on functionalized SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve for detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide

摘要: Abstract The immobilization of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) on amino functionalized SBA-15 mesoporous sieves (NH 2 -SBA-15) was explored for detection organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides. Several methods have been studied the “adsorption-crosslinking” is found to be best one. Firstly, AChE bovine serum albumin (BSA) were adsorbed in turn surface NH -SBA-15 by electrostatic adsorption, then glutaraldehyde added cross-linking group AChE. showed around 95% efficiency specific activity immobilized (AChE-NH reached 130% relative free under optimal conditions. It AChE-NH retained 94.0% 82.8% its initial after 60 days at 4 °C 25 °C, respectively. remained 55.0% 6 times recycling. During pesticide, wider linear range much lower limit compared with current method good recovery (93.8%-109.3%) low RSD ( could exploited as a fast, sensitive low-cost biocatalyst towards pesticides residues which stored room temperature long time.
