摘要: This chapter reviews the history, key concepts, main methodologies, and important unanswered questions in field of plant population dynamics, study how populations change numbers over time. The examines temporal patterns that exhibit discusses possible causes those patterns, including density-independent density-dependent forces role stochastic influences. Particular attention is given to mathematical modeling approaches have proven useful for addressing a range management issues, especially biodiversity conservation.
