摘要: Thermospray (TSP) HPLC/MS frequently produces molecular weight information and exhibits lower detection limits than other techniques for certain compounds. the best sensitivities when used with a 0.1 M ammonium acetate buffer in high percent water solvent system. The optimal interface temperatures vary composition. can be determined by maximizing solvent-buffer ion intensities. ionization resembles ammonia CI, which protonation, addition, proton-bound molecule clusters depending on basicity of analyte existing thermodynamics source. process is soft; very few fragment ions are observed. use TSP analysis triazine herbicides organophosphorus pesticides shows excellent specificity sensitivity. spectra these compounds were quite simple, consisting an (M + H)/sup +/ or NH/sub 4/)/sup no detected. Detection varied from 10 to 300 ng full scan obtained (S/N about 5 base peak). 36 references, 12 figures, 2 tables.
