摘要: PURPOSE: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of OCT-guided Nd:YAG laser hyaloidotomy as a treatment modality for subhyaloid premacular bleedings. DESIGN: Retrospective observational case report. METHODS: A young women with bleeding was evaluated OCT subsequently done. RESULTS: scans, especially ones which were taken above sedimented blood level, demonstrated that localized under posterior hyaloid membrane. Rapid resolution substantial visual acuity improvement registered already three days after hyaloidotomy. CONCLUSION: Valsalva maculopathy often involves younger, working active patients who need fast recovery. Data from this report is safe effective subhyaloidal
