摘要: The activity of fluconazole and amphotericin B against three isolates Cryptococcus neoformans was evaluated, with MICs 2.0-4.0 mg/L 1.0 respectively, using time-kill curve methods. Fluconazole fungistatic all tested ( or = 99.9% decrease in cfu from initial inoculum). Both the rate extent were enhanced when drug concentration increased.
