摘要: The financial and economic situation of most African countries forces individuals to create their own jobs in order generate some sort income for themselves families. This chapter presents a study that aims look into the entrepreneurial experiences particular group female entrepreneurs from Lubango, Angola: Muambeiras . After conducting interviews with small Muambeiras, five life stories were analysed illustrate gender difficulties these women must overcome do business, as well importance business practice way dealing discrimination contributes greater understanding entrepreneurship , through an account diversity how carry out they deal Moreover, it redefine policies can support women’s activities acknowledge important roles community.
