摘要: Purpose – This study aims to shed light on women’s entrepreneurship in Turkey by focusing the profile of women entrepreneurs, key drivers behind their decision establish own business, challenges they face while initiating and running business support mechanisms for entrepreneurs. Design/methodology/approach Semi-structured interviews were conducted ten successful entrepreneurs Turkey. Survey forms also sent representatives four different organizations that entrepreneurship. Three completed survey received back from these organizations. Four areas originate research question (i.e. profile, drivers, problems mechanisms) have constituted basis semi-structured interview guide thematic analysis.
