Perceptions of the support granted to female entrepreneurs in Romania: between anticipation and assessment

摘要: In the 2007-2013 European Union programming period, Romania benefi tted from assistance provided through Human Resources Development Operational Programme, fi nanced by Social Fund, to promote social inclusion. Women are, in many instances, a vulnerable group that needs support various sources for greater integration labour market. This resides encouraging entrepreneurship. The purpose of this paper is analyse how is anticipated women planning start business and assessed those who already have experience entrepreneurship. To achieve research objectives, study was conducted on sample 774 three NUTS 2 development regions of 2013. variables used analysis were grouped using factor two factors. results the primary reveal emphasis rst factor, represented institutions, less importance given the second family friends. However, potential female entrepreneurs are characterised tendency to overestimate as positive one hand or rather negative other, terms starting an entrepreneurial approach.
