摘要: L’identification d’un nouveau type d’adipocyte, l’adipocyte brite, distinct des adipocytes blancs et bruns jusqu’ici decrits, associee a la mise en evidence par imagerie de tissu adipeux brun chez l’homme adulte, ont renouvele nos connaissances sur biologie tissus adipeux. Les proprietes dissipation l’energie forte consommation metabolites font brite candidats attractifs pour lutte contre les maladies metaboliques telles que le diabete l’obesite. Cette revue presente ces recentes decouvertes l’espoir therapeutique qu’elles revelent.
