摘要: Abstract Infection of mice with Trypanosoma cruzi elicits the production parasite-specific antibodies which reach high levels and remain elevated for at least 105 days infection. The more susceptible C3H(He) mouse actually has a higher level “natural” T. but may show greater lag time in response to infection than resistant C57BL/6 mouse. Comparison kinetics antibody against numbers immunoglobulin-producing cells spleen during course suggests that large number are probably producing directed parasite not result an exhaustive polyclonal B-cell activation.
