摘要: Atelectasis is common in intubated and ventilated patients. The reasons for the atelectasis are multifactorial. Atelectasis, if prolonged, may lead to hypoxaemia, pulmonary infection fibrosis. effectiveness of manual hyperinflation as an adjunct standard respiratory physiotherapy management patients ICU re-inflate collapsed lung regions, improve gas exchange compliance assist with removal secretions, have been proclaimed by numerous authors. This case report demonstrates addition patient acute atelectasis.
