摘要: The stereological algorithms for the conversion of profile-size frequency distribution (PSFD) observed in histological section to spheresize (SSFD) three-dimensional space was developed a computer program and its practical application described this paper. reconstructions SSFD were based on data PSFD A-and B-cells measured sections pancreatic islets from ophiocephalus argus, toad, chicken, cat, rabbit rat. sizes both profile sphere expressed by their caliper diameters. experimental results showed that patterns six animal species somewhat different, all peaks them, however, occurred range 6 12 Urn diameter.
