摘要: Abstract A series of shape-stabilized phase change materials (PCMs), composed octadecane (OD) and expanded graphite (WEPG) (OD/WEPG), were prepared by using a kneader mixing technique. Chemical morphological structure, shape-stability, thermal properties, stability the OD/WEPG composites investigated characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Brunauer–Emmet–Teller (BET) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Composite properties strongly dependent on weight ratio OD to WEPG. SEM BET showed that was adsorbed into WEPG pores uniformly covered surfaces WEPG, which helped prevent leakage melted during from solid liquid. Among composites, composite with 30% content good shape-stability. Based these results, we anticipate can be used in packaging counteract negative effects induced unwanted temperature changes.
