摘要: Temperature sensitive products transportation and storage are global issues because of the new lifestyle people. Here, enhancement ice cream conditions when it is placed outside freezer studied. In commercial applications like in restaurants, period that stays much higher than for example households, therefore quality decreases. The aim this paper to design test a phase change material (PCM) package containers. A mathematical model was validated with experimental data following parametrical study process done. results demonstrated use PCM beneficial out freezer.
