摘要: The anaerobic Gram-positive bacterium Clostridium difficile causes intestinal infections responsible for symptoms ranging from mild diarrhea to fulminant colitis. Like other bacteria, C. needs sense and integrate environmental signals in order adapt changes thrive its environment. second messenger cyclic diguanosine monophosphate (c-di-GMP) was recently recognized as a quasi-ubiquitous phenotype coordinator bacteria. Mostly known be involved the transition motile sessile multicellular behaviors Gammaproteobacteria, c-di-GMP is now regulate many phenotypes cell morphogenesis virulence, Gram-negative few Herein, we review recent advances our understanding of signaling lifecycle difficile.
